   题目:Realization of Multi-window Nonlinear VOI LUT of Thorax CT DICOM Image

摘要:This paper proposes a nonlinear muliti-window VOI LUT (Value of Look up Table) algorithm of borax CT (Computed Tomography) DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) image to solve the problem that different tissues can’t be viewed clearly at the same time in the traditional CT viewing system with the process of adjusting the windows width and windows center linearly. Firstly, the image is segmented according to different ranges of CT values belong to different tissues to obtained the lung, bone and muscle region respectively; then different windows widths and window centers are applied in the domain of different tissues obtained by segmentation, In the transition regions between different windows, the concept that applying chamfer processing in the mechanical parts manufacturing is introduced, and a smooth curve is applied instead of the broken line, which makes the transition regions smooth, at the sane time, enhance the definition of each region to the largest degree. The experimental results indicates that the algorithm can be used to obtain a clear displaying effect and maintain the authenticity of the original image.

摘要:肾脏组织切片图像的自动处理与分析系统中,肾小球边界的增强决定了系统自动分析的成功率与准确率,针对人体组织的差异小,特征不明显的问题,提出了一种基于神经元网络的滤波算法,本算法大大提高了肾小球边界增强的准确度。

摘要:肾脏组织图像的分析,已经不仅仅是为满足病理分析的需要,由于活检的诊断直观且准确度高,所以被逐渐用于临床。本文中针对肾脏组织的图象处理与分析系统中的肾小球边界强调问题提出了一种基于红色度滤波的新算法,本算法大大提高了处理效率及边界强调的准确度。
