   题目:A Dynamic Adaptive Update System of Tracking Moving Objects Based on Contour Feature

Abstract-This paper proposes a real-time moving objects detecting algorithm based on computer vision. Contour feature is firstly extracted from the initial frame as the feature to describe object, and then the moving object in the latter frame could be tracked and located by marking the location of this feature, at the same time, the feature is dynamically adaptively updated and optimized online. The slight computation burden and robustness to the noise and illumination disturbance make the algorithm have a good real-time quality and reliability. Experimental results indicate that the system reaches the designing requirements.

   题目:A Codebook-based Video Moving Objects Detecting Method

Abstract - In this paper, we present a codebook-based background modeling method to detect moving objects from video sequences to adapt to some circumstance changes. The characteristic parameters and numbers of code vector of codebook for each pixel after studied are different, so the background description is more flexible and abundant. The test results show that this algorithm can handle scenes that contain moving background or illumination variation, and it achieves robust detection for compressed videos.

   题目:AN OVERLAPPING BUBBLES PARTITION METHOD IN AREATED WATER FLOWS

摘要:The main step of water characteristic analysis by image measurement is counting the bubbles number accurately and quantitative analysis of the bubble characteristics. One of the main reasons which influence the accuracy of analysis is the existence of overlapping bubbles. An overlapping bubble splitting method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the convex hull of the overlapping objects is obtained. Secondly, the candidate concavities are founded on the contour of the object in each concave residuum after iterated searching and then departing point pairs of the overlapping bubbles are obtained by matching based on middle axis (MA). Finally, an optimal splitting conic can be gained by minimum mean square error (MMSE) ellipse fitting with constrains of concavities, which will ensure the accuracy of overlapping area calculation. Experimental bubbles efficiently and improve the accuracy of bubble characteristic analysis in aerated water flows.

  题目:一种基于多信息综合的人脸跟踪算法

摘要:随着智能监视系统得发展需求,人脸跟踪作为智能监视系统中的一类特殊对象的跟踪方法,在跟踪时对环境的适应性要求很高。文章提出了一种基于多信息综合特征的,在变动场景下,对人脸进行跟踪的算法。为了使人脸跟踪在环境发生变化的情况下,可以进行有效跟踪,算法中用人脸区域内部的颜色信息、亮度梯度信息等获得综合的判别特征。在跟踪时,对人脸的大小、朝向的变化以及光线变化,背景物等的干扰均有较强的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,算法在摄像机转动、仰俯、光线变化、人头晃动以及背景颜色分布与人脸近似等情况下可完成有效跟踪。
